Who we are

Prompted by the outcome of the 2025 US presidential election and down ballot races, a group of concerned African American citizens answered the call to do something and not wait for others to take action on our behalf.

We are inspired by the words of Carter G. Woodson who said in 1933, "Those who have not learned to do for themselves and have to depend solely on others never obtain any more rights or privileges in the end than they had in the beginning.”
